Clients have the ability to book their own appointments. With this, comes great responsibility. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

It is the client's responsibility to communicate with Cipriana about design. Whether you book your appointment before or after, you MUST DM Cipriana on instagram (@microluxetattoos instagram.com/microluxetattoos) to discuss and receive approval for your tattoo design. If you do not have instagram, you may text her. This is NOT her preferred method of communication, so if possible, please DM.

If you fail to get approval for your design, and it's within 5 days of your appointment and you find out that your design is NOT accepted, RETAINER FEE REMAINS NON-REFUNDANDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE as it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to seek approval.

CIPRIANA DOES NOT TATTOO FINGERS, NECKS, OR RIBS.
Starting in 2024, she will be taking on *select* top-of-hand projects. Please DM for design approval before booking.

TATTOO CLIENTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MUST BRING A VALID ID TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you do not bring a valid ID, your appointment and retainer fee will be forfeit.

FLASH/PREDRAWN TATTOOS
​
The retainer fee submitted for a specific flash design only covers the flash design AS-IS. If you would like to make changes to the design, an adjusted deposit will need to be submitted and the new rate will be applied for the CUSTOM tattoo.
​
DESIGN
​
Cipriana DOES NOT release tattoo designs prior to the appointment. Please do not ask. There is ample time at the appointment to make minor design changes if needed.
​
Please be thorough during your virtual consultation, making sure to provide all necessary information and design references to convey your vision.
​
LAST MINUTE CONCEPT CHANGES MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND RETAINER FEE. Cipriana spends a ton of time making sure that each tattoo design meets your expectations and last minute concept changes do not allow ample time to execute properly. Your retainer fee covers only the initial concept. If you change your mind about your concept, and Cipriana has already created your design, A NEW RETAINER FEE MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR THE ADDITIONAL CONCEPT.

CLOTHING
​
If you are having your torso tattooed (or a difficult-to-access area of your body), please dress appropriately (meaning; please wear clothing where the tattoo area is easily accessible). If you are having your sternum, or front torso areas tattooed, it's recommended to wear pasties.
​
DO NOT WEAR CLOTHING THAT YOU WOULD BE UPSET IF INK GOT ON IT. Although I do my best to ensure your clothing will be safe, things of my control (like ink splatter during tattooing) can happen and damage your clothes. Attending your appointment is acceptance and agreement that I am NOT liable for any damage to your clothing.

BOOKING POLICIES
​
A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE of 50% of the appointment price up to $250 will be required to book an appointment.
Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. Canceling your appointment will result in a loss of deposit.
​
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICIES
​
Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. Canceling your appointment will result in a loss of retainer.
​
At least FIVE days notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Only ONE reschedule is allowed for each retainer.
​
A reschedule within 5 days of your appointment will require a new retainer.
​
If you no-call, no-show an additional 20% charge of the full appointment price will incur and must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
​
One tattoo touch up is included in the price of the tattoo within 6 months of original appointment.
​
Reschedules are not allowed for complementary services, so please pick the date/time wisely.
If you no-call, no-show an included touch up, a 100% charge of the standard touch up appointment price will incur and must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES
​
15 minutes early is the new ON TIME.
​
Due to our commitment to all scheduled clients, arriving later than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being canceled and a new retainer will be required to reschedule.
​
PRICING POLICIES
​
Prices are subject to change at any time. Client's who booked in advance before a rate change will not be affected by the updated pricing.

PAYMENT POLICIES
​
Payment is accepted via CASH.
​
REFUND POLICIES
​
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are very thorough in our consultations, appointment processes, and services provided. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
​
Cipriana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion.
