Lauren is an online fitness coach and influencer. She trains women how to feel good naked, gain confidence working out, and eat the right foods to reach their goals. Lauren began coaching in 2013 and has helped many women. Through proper nutrition and exercise she's been able to enhance her youthful glow as it plays a vital role in maintaining good skin.

Tip #1: Track Your Results

Create a workout schedule and track your results. This will help you stay focused. When you complete a workout, mark it on your schedule so you can feel proud of your success and be able to repeat the schedule that worked for you in the past.


Tip #2: Look Good, Feel Good
